Insert Menu in MS- word in Hindi (easy computer class notes for BCA and MCA)

Insert Menu

Blank Page- blank page के द्वारा हम file में new blank page को insert करा सकते हैं।

Break- Break command से हम page break, column break, screen break आदि कर सकते हैं।

Table- table option के द्वारा हम file में table को insert करा सकते हैं ।

Page Number- page number option के द्वारा प्रत्येक page के starting में अथवा page के end में page numbers डाल सकते हैं।

Date and Time- इस option के द्वारा हम file और page में date and time डाल सकते हैं ।

Auto Text – इस option के द्वारा word auto text में दिए गये text को file में कही भी insert कर सकते हैं ।

Symbol- symbol option के द्वारा हम जो symbol या letter बना नहीं सकते उसे हम insert कर सकते हैं ।

Comment- comment option से किसी भी line या word के बारे में कोई comment देना हो तो दे सकते हैं।

Footer- footer option के द्वारा हम page के अंत में कोई भी notes या comment हर page पर दे सकते हैं ।

Header- header option के द्वारा हम हर page पर page के प्रारंभ में notes या comment लिख सकते हैं ।

Picture- picture option के द्वारा हम किसी भी picture को clip art file से insert करा सकते हैं।

Object- object option के द्वारा drawing object, word art text effect आदि को insert करा सकते हैं।

Bookmark- इस option के द्वारा file में किसी text, graphics, table या other items के लिए bookmark बना सकते हैं । इससे option के द्वारा pointer सिर्फ उसी स्थान जायेगा जहाँ आप ले जाना चाहते हैं ।

Hyperlink- hyperlink option के द्वारा एक file को या उसके object को या दूसरी file से या उसके किसी object से link कर सकते हैं।

What is Computer? ( definition and characteristic in Hindi)

कम्प्यूटर क्या है?

कम्प्यूटर एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक यंत्र है जो डेटा लेता है और उस पर प्रक्रिया (processing) करके एक अर्थ पूर्ण परिणाम देता है।

कंप्यूटर को हिंदी भाषा में अभिकल यंत्र (programmable machine) कहते है, इसके अन्य नाम संगणक व परिकलक हैं।

कम्प्यूटर दिए गये गणितीय (numeric) तथा तार्किक संक्रियाओं ( logical data ) को क्रम से स्वचालित रूप से करने में पुर्णतः सक्षम है।

और ये कैलकुलेशन कम्प्यूटर बिना किसी त्रुटि के पुर्णतः सही प्रदान करता है वो भी एक ही पल में (in a single second).

कम्प्यूटर जो डेटा लेता है उसे हम input data बोलते है और इस डेटा पे प्रोसेसिंग कर के जो परिणाम वापस देता है उसे output data बोलते है।

कम्प्यूटर कि विशेषताए

(characteristic of computer):-

कम्प्यूटर हमारे जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में महत्वपूर्ण स्थान रखता है और इसका कारण है कम्प्यूटर कि विभिन्न उपयोगताएं। कम्प्यूटर एक साथ कई कार्य कर सकता है वो भी बिना किसी त्रुटी के, और कम्प्यूटर कि ये विशेष विशेषताएं निम्न प्रकार से है।

संग्रह क्षमता (storage capacity):- कम्प्यूटर के पास उच्च कोटि कि संग्रह क्षमता होती है। वह अपने अंदर डेटा को संग्रहित कर सकता है, और इस संग्रहण को internal storage बोलते है। इसी के साथ कम्प्यूटर बाह्य यंत्रों में भी डेटा संग्रहित कर सकता है और इस बाह्य संग्रहण यंत्र को external device बोलते हैं।

स्वचालित (Automatic):- कम्प्यूटर एक स्वचालित मशीन है, इसका अर्थ यह है कि एक बार कम्प्यूटर को जो भी कोई कार्य (task) दे दिया गया तो वो तब तक चलता रहता है जब तक वह कार्य(task) पूरा नहीं हो जाता।

गति (Speed):- कम्प्यूटर अत्यंत तेज चलता है अर्थात बहुत जल्दी कार्य को पूरा करता है। वह एक पल (second) में मिलियन निर्देशों को पूरा करता है। कम्प्यूटर कि चाल माइक्रोसैकेण्ड (10-6) व नेनोसेकंड (10-9) में नपी जाती है। यहाँ ‘10-6’ का अर्थ है “10 कि पॉवर 6” और ‘10-9’ का अर्थ है “10 कि पॉवर 9”।

शुद्धता(Accuracy):- कंप्यूटर बेहद सटीक और विश्वसनीय परिणामों का उत्पादन करता है। ज्यादातर यह शत प्रतिशत शुद्धता देता है।

बहुमुखी प्रतिभा (Versatility): - इसका अर्थ यह है कि कंप्यूटर, कार्यों की एक विस्तृत विविधता का प्रदर्शन करने में सक्षम है, जैसे कि-

कंप्यूटर डेटा को स्वीकार कर सकता है और उस पर क्रिया के परिणाम का उत्पादन कर सकता है।
कंप्यूटर इसके अलावा जोड़, घटाव, गुणा और भाग के बुनियादी अंकगणितीय आपरेशनों पर क्रिया कर सकता है।
कंप्यूटर तार्किक आपरेशनों पर क्रिया करता है।
कंप्यूटर आंतरिक और बाह्य दोनों प्रकार के डेटा को ट्रांसफर कर सकता है, इसका मतलब है कि कम्प्यूटर में डेटा एक हिस्से से कम्प्यूटर के अन्य हिस्से के में प्रवाहित हो सकता है।

तत्परता (Diligence): - कम्प्यूटर हमेशा पहली बार कि तरह ही सटीक और विश्वसनीय परिणाम देने कि सक्षमता रखता है, क्योंकि कंप्यूटर थकान और एकाग्रता की कमी से पुर्णतः मुक्त है और घंटो बिना रुके कार्य कर सकता है।

परफेक्ट मेमोरी और बड़ा भंडारण: - कम्प्यूटर अपने पास बहुत सी सुचना और डेटा को संग्रहित कर सकता है और कभी भी उसे प्राप्त कर सकता है। कम्प्यूटर कि स्मृति और भंडारण क्षमता असीमित होती है।

No I.Q: - कंप्यूटर के पास अपनी कोई बुद्धि नहीं होती। यह एक dumb मशीन है और यह बिना अनुदेश दिए कोई भी काम नहीं कर सकता है। ये निर्देश उपयोगकर्ता (इंसान) द्वारा निर्धारित किये जाते है।

नो फीलिंग: - कम्प्यूटर के पास किसी भी प्रकार कि कोई भावनाएं नहीं होती है और इस का कारण यह है कि कम्प्यूटर के पास अपनी स्वयं कि बुद्धि जो नहीं होती है और इसी कारण कम्प्यूटर को कभी भी थकान महसूस नहीं होती और वो सतत कार्य करता रहता है।
